Ability to Edit Intake Forms and Add Team Notes

Description: After clients submit intake forms, we can’t edit them. If info is missing or incorrect, we have to leave comments in tasks, which is inconvenient and can cause mistakes. It would help to allow editing intake forms and adding internal team notes.

Suggested Fix: Allow team members to edit submitted intake forms and add internal notes for clarity.
