The current “Bank Payment” option in the payment settings is too limited and can be misleading. It suggests bank-only payments, but many agencies use this section to accept alternative payment methods such as crypto, ACH, wire, or other manual payment instructions. Because the name cannot be changed, clients may be confused or think the method doesn’t apply to their intended payment type.
Suggested Fix:
Allow admins to rename the “Bank Payment” option in the payment settings. This would let users customize the label (e.g., “Crypto Payments,” “Alternative Payment Methods,” “ACH / Wire / Crypto,” etc.) based on their preferred manual or offline payment method.
