Attachment upload for Intake Forms

I would love to see the ability for clients to upload CSV and image files in intake forms. My clients often need to provide us with their logo, a featured image for a blog post, etc.
And for SEO, detailed keyword information, it is often much easier and more efficient to upload a CSV than manually fill in hundreds of fields.

Hey Jesse, thanks for the suggestion. We knew that this would be required. Just wanted to get the v1 of Intake forms out. This is something we can start working in 2 weeks time
