Client Portal: Add Widget or Link for Knowledge based

I would like to request a link or HTML code where we can add a widget that could explain to customers how to navigate the customer portal. It seems confusing to start and much worse for the customer. If we can add one link that can open a video tutorial, it would be easy for the client to understand the customer portal.

Still a very good idea!
But best solution would be to have a more intuitive user interface, so that explanation is not needed….
