Currencies throughout the app

In our workspaces we cannot say which currency we want to use as our main currency. On our dashboard the currency defaults to USD and we have not other option to choose from.

I'd like to be able to decide which currencies are available to my customers. But also have the option to setup a main currency and the proper dashboard dropdowns accordingly.
