I think email piping would be a solid feature in AgencyHandy.
These are among the most used features by our clients on our SPP.co portal:
1) Email to Ticket: We forward all our emails to a specific assigned address on SPP. Each email is created as a ticket making it easier to handle support emails and tickets.
2) Reply Via Email: Clients do not always want to login to reply to conversations. So, the ability to allow the clients to reply directly from their email is pretty handy, for both the tickets and project comments.
3) Send Comments as Email: I love our current email templates, but once the above two features are available, this will be a super-handy add-on. Send the full comments, ticket replies as email and log the replies etc. This feature is common with all PM software these days including SPP.co
