Intake Form Does Not Submit With Long Character Entries

Description: When a client enters 120+ characters in a field and clicks “Continue,” nothing happens. The form scrolls to the top and does not display an error message, so the client doesn’t know why it failed.

Suggested Fix: Add a hard character limit to the text boxes so clients cannot enter more than the allowed amount, preventing failed submissions.
