Internal team chat like teamwork has

Internal chat rooms/channels make sense.
We use Slack like this today (ex: internal_clientcompanyname).

Chat between Agency and Client/Company is not necessary for us, however.
It actually causes more confusion; we tried this in a previous portal, and you end up giving the client too many options, and they often go there vs responding to a question in the task card where any 'conversation' really should be taking place.

Internal global chat: value.
Internal to external chat: already have it in tasks, only adds confusion/too many options for clients.

When is the global chat coming? its been 4 months since this request and I see a year since another similar request for an internal chat system.

Global chat system should allow us to chat with our internal employees in private team/project groups, or private individual chats similar to how google chat works. It should work in real-time too please. Its not necessary for clients to be part of these chats I believe should only be for internal purposes.

currently you can have internal team chat using task comment section. We are planning launch a new global chat system within the next two months.
