Would like to suggest these enhancement features:
- Dashboard: the ability to edit and add additional widgets, such as Google Analytics stats or quick links to an embedded app, or even display the embedded app within the widget. Would be nice for us or our clients to see this.
- The ability to change the portal's full background for the client, either by adding a custom color or using an uploaded image as the background.

Regarding embedded application you can add/embed within agency handy. And it's audience can be fully controlled.
Specific client wise controls will be live by next two months.
