Multiple Users Per Business

So exicted to see this in NEXT phase!
We now have adoption of our clients in our Agency Handy portal... and every one of them is asking when they can get mulitple members of their team in, and all of them seeing the same tickets.

As we respond as their agency, and multiple roles can receive and reply to tickets, so too our clients might assign one from their HR department, but we have a question that only someone in operations or mgmt can answer, and if they are multi-office or remote, it is very taxing for them to only have one login/user for their organization.

Yes, agencies usually work with more than one stakeholder, so multiple people need access to our portal info for different reasons. Right now they share passwords, which isn't ideal. They are losing accountability on their side on fees. 🤦

Clients love their 'new portal' with us now, but are all starting to realize 1 user for their team doesnt work.

This is now becoming a daily ask by our clients, "Hey, can I get a login for Tina/Timmy/Tommy too?" and we have to say, "Sorry your team needs to share 1 login".
Can we get ths moved back into Next like it was? haha

This is very common with our clients.
The owner/manager is often who signs and comes on with us. Although they delegate the day-to-day to their team, that typically consists of 2-3 (if not more) team members on their end internally, AND the owner still likes to retain Admin and/or be able to view, and not share one user/pass in the process.

Will be very helpful to have this bumped up soon!
While AH was a nice upgrade, this particular item was available to our clients prior, so this was a step backward from our previous portal.
