Remove Catalog link from the top bar on the checkout forms

Hi,
I think we should have an option to enable/disable or replace the link to the catalog page on the checkout form.
As a CRO principle, once a customer has started a checkout process, you want as little distraction to them as possible.
This could be a global enable/disable option, or a service specific option to use a custom URL with each service.

Yes, I'd like to have the option to disable catalog and only send people directly to the service checkout if I want to. We can do that right now as well, but the top link automatically links to the Catalog.
Since, I do not use the catalog feature, and many users that have their own website also won't use it, it would be better to remove the catalog link from the top navigation on the checkout pages.
