Shareable URLs for Uploaded Files

Hi,
Requesting a feature to generate shareable URLs for uploaded files in chat.
Currently, files only appear in attachments which can be hard to find, especially when sharing multiple files. Having direct URLs would let us paste clickable links in chat messages, making it easier for clients to access specific files.
This would improve file review workflow and complement the existing feedback/annotation system.
