Sign-Up Form: Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Acknowledgement

On the Sign-Up form, there should be options to include links to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Additionally, a checkbox should be provided for users to acknowledge their agreement to these terms and confirm their compliance.

I could not find a way to link my pages from my main site. This can be added as an option under Sign-up Portal settings.
