Subscription management on the client end

I think clients must be able to manage their subscription services (upgrade, downgrade, cancel...).
Also, we need webhooks on these events.

We will be introducing subscription package upgrade,downgrade by next quarter.
We had the option of canceling the subscription by clients. However, based on our current user feedback, we removed the option. If we get enough requests, we will introduce it again.
