To be able to start using Handy, we need the following:

Customize the task form that the client creates, adding more fields to the task form and making it different for each service (as happens with admission and order forms). Also, the client should be able to set the priority and the deadline.
In tasks, we should be able to remove the requirement for the manager to approve every task, so that they can be approved automatically.
