Task Templates + edit Please

Please can we have:
- Task templates we can create and save in the task section instead of mainly through service type. I mean task template with list of tasks inside, not task one by one.
- On service type tasks we cannot remove the requirement for clients to review. We should have the option to remove client review when adding tasks on the service section
