a back button in service workflows

I'm testing a new service. I can't figure out how to go from the portal, to selecting a service, stopping half-way, and then going back to the portal. There should be a back button or something.

Need some additional clarification on this. Do you mean as an agency you are in our portal trying to create a service now want to go back to the previous page? or go to other items in the portal?
