Ability to Receive and Post Incoming Emails as Tickets or Order Messages

Description: It would be useful if incoming emails could be forwarded into the system. Emails should be automatically posted as order messages (when tied to an order) or as support tickets (when not tied to an order). This would centralize all client communication inside the portal.
Suggested Fix: Add a unique forwarding address in settings so incoming emails can be routed into Agency Handy. Include support for custom reply addresses (e.g., hello@example.com
