Calendar for leads appointments

I'm looking to improve and optimize my solo agency with an automated system that allows me to manage my entire business from one platform if it is possible. The idea is to have the option to use a calendar on my website to allow potential customers to schedule a video call and classify the lead according to the call's result, so it can enter into the platform being classified accordingly to the sales process and then project process.
