Dafault language

Is there a way to set the default language to Danish everywhere? So the login/signup will always show in danish, also for 1-time users?
I can Translate by hand the mesages in "Sing-up Portal" and "Sign-in Portal", but on both pages the text in the last paragraph is not translatable ('Have an Account? and "Don't have a Client Account?").
After login, the language has to be Danish as default.
