This is a request to add 'Deal Management' to our existing CRM. This will allow deal tracking, turning our 'leads or other new contact database into a powerful sales tool. It's the process of building a sales pipeline directly on top of your customer information.
We already have the customer data. we just need add the framework to track and close sales opportunities.
