This is a request to add 'Deal Management' to our existing CRM. This will allow deal tracking, turning our 'leads or other new contact database into a powerful sales tool. It's the process of building a sales pipeline directly on top of your customer information.

We already have the customer data. we just need add the framework to track and close sales opportunities.

Why key:

  1. Defining Your Sales Pipeline - Set up clear stages that your deals move through, from "Prospect" to "Closed-Won."

  2. Creating Deal Records - For every qualified lead, create a specific record to track its value, stage, and expected close date.

  3. Connecting the Dots - Link these new deal records to your existing contacts and company data. This gives your team a full view of both past interactions and current sales opportunities.

  4. Enabling Automation & Reporting - Automate tasks like follow-up reminders and gain key insights through reports that show where deals are getting stuck.

By implementing these features, in our CRM it becomes a dynamic system for managing sales from start to finish, helping you forecast revenue and increase ourteam's efficiency.
