Optional "duration" field in services

Currently it's a required field when creating a service to specify the duration; it should be optional to enable/disable the field.
Especially when added to a proposal they may conflict. There may be a standard time for the service, but additional scope and requests add time which is reflected in the proposals.

The field "Duration" is optional while creating the service.
Also, Proposal you can modify the duration field.
