Please add an option to also upload a pdf in the proposal section. Usually client needs a detailed proposal to understand the offerings, terms and conditions etc. Later the same proposal is finalised and signed and then the project is started.
It would be great if long with create a proposal option we can have an simple option to upload a pdf proposal.
Since you are planning to integrate esignatures as well, the same proposal can be used to sign as well.
This would be a better update.
Alterntively,
The proposal creator / text editor can allow creating detailed ( Longer) proposals inside agency handy itself. so that we do not have to create proposals on Docs or Notion.
