Translate button-txt in mail-template

In the template for proposals, there is this shortcode "{{view_proposal}}"
In the generated mail, this is convertet to a CTA-Button "View Proposal"
How ban I translate the text on the button in the email?
And can the system attach the proposal as printable PDF?

I see that you mark this as 'Completed' now.
And I agree that I now have an option to set an alternative text for the button. Great!
But did you read my last line:

I still would love to have this opportunity. Can you comment on that?
